I’ve been unwell and have done no knitting (or much else) for a fair while — so you can have a video I made of me sewing something up for Wonder-Gran. It’s not knitting, but hey you can get over it. I count it as a WIP because there is still a couple of things to be done to it before I give it to her for her birthday in a couple of weeks.

The pattern is found over here — I’m a complete novice at sewing, so it’s nice to know I can do actual real things with sewing that aren’t just random. Sewing is sure quicker to pick up that knitting is! The website on this is brilliant.

Quick question – are people interested in seeing things like this, or shall I keep it purely knitting? I did set up a more general crafty blog — but I haven’t done any of the set-up on it that I’ve done here, so I feel really lazy when it comes to writing posts for it, as this one feels much more established. I’d be interested to know everyone’s thoughts on it.
